Discord & Support
Where to get help, report bugs, and hear things first.
If it's not happening in game, it's happening in Discord. That's where town deals get argued out, where staff are reachable, and where you'll hear about downtime before you walk into it.
Getting help
Bugs, ban appeals and account problems all go through the ticket system rather than a staff member's DMs. A ticket lands in a queue the whole team can see, so whoever's around picks it up instead of it sitting unread with one person who happens to be asleep. Sliding into a mod's DMs about your ban gets you ignored twice as fast.
Announcements
Patch notes, downtime and event schedules go to the announcements channel first, ahead of the devlogs on this site. If you only follow one channel, follow that one. This site finds out at the same time you do.
Suggestions
Feature requests go in the suggestions channel, where other players vote on them. The dev team works down the top of that list each patch cycle, so a suggestion with support behind it moves faster than one without. Shouting about it in general chat doesn't count as a vote, however many people saw it.
Linking your account
Run /link in game to connect your Minecraft account to Discord. See Joining the Server for what linking does and how the chat bridge works with or without it.
