Start a town with your friends, claim the land around it, and figure out how to maintain it with the community. There's also an End with 23 biomes and gear you can't get anywhere else.
The map ends at 100,000 blocks across. Every chunk inside it can be claimed, taxed, rented out or fought over, and the good spots don't stay empty long.
Every chunk costs money to claim and a bit more each day to keep. Let the money run empty and your town will start shrinking from the edges. If you run it right, it pays for itself, through taxes and a cut of the rent on every property inside your borders. Who gets in, and what they're allowed to touch, is your call.
